- Owned product requirements for a perpetual futures trading engine deployed across 5 licensed Indonesian exchanges, covering order lifecycle management, risk controls, and post-trade accounting flows.
- Proposed and drove a contract delisting from 178 to 40 after identifying 138 contracts that collectively contributed less than 10% of total volume, saving around $71,000/month with no meaningful decrease in trade volume.
- Built the trade surveillance function from 0 to 1 by defining SOPs, designing detection algorithms, and shipping monitoring dashboards to support compliance operations for a regulated market.
- Identified liquidity coverage gaps and built real-time alert monitoring for the market-making team, achieving ~99% SLA compliance for the first time.
